Ingredients

FOR SMOOTHIE

  1. 1 cup frozen strawvberries
  2. 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
  3. enough apple juice to thin slightly (about 1/4 cup)

TOPPINGS

  1. 1/2 banana, sliced
  2. 2 large strawberries, sliced
  3. 1/4 cup Cascadian Farms granola
  4. 2 to 3 TBSP pumpkin seeds
  5. 1 TBSP flax seeds
  6. 1 TBSP ground hemp seeds
