Aloha Smoothie Recipe


I also always add low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt. This makes it creamy but is way healthier than ice cream or frozen yogurt and adds a lot of protein. We keep a huge container of it in our fridge at all times for our smoothies.
You don’t always have to use ice in your smoothies but it helps thicken it if  you’re using fresh fruit. If using frozen fruit you can decrease the ice or eliminate it all together.

This Aloha Pineapple Smoothie has just 6 simple ingredients- pineapple, strawberries, banana, yogurt, ice, and juice. Tropical goodness in every sip!

1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1 banana, sliced
